In caring for the well-being of our customers and the image of a modern, environmentally friendly company, we aim to conduct our business in such a way that the economic development of the company is sustainable and demonstrates care for the environment.
We pursue the following strategic objectives:
- Researching market trends to ensure the use of appropriate technologies and achieve the highest level of order fulfillment.
- Ensuring the selection and evaluation of suppliers of modern laundry technologies and equipment in order to minimize adverse environmental impacts and meet customer quality requirements.
- Implementation of processes under planned and supervised conditions in order to maintain a high level of quality and prevent the possibility of environmental failures.
- Use of raw materials and technologies in production processes that have been tested for safety for humans and the environment.
- Improvement of technological processes and modernization of equipment aimed at reducing harmful environmental impact and continuously improving service levels.
- Compliance with legal requirements applicable to our Organization's activities.
We systematically promote and communicate information to our employees about customer requirements, quality requirements, and environmental requirements. We also involve our suppliers and business partners in these processes.
Responsibility for meeting the above objectives is assigned to each employee and to the Management through the division of tasks and competences according to their positions.
