\u201cbluu\u201d Laundry Service Center Wioleta Fic<\/strong><\/p>

An important element of the business strategy of the \u201cbluu\u201d Wioleta Fic Laundry Service Center is to maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management and Environmental Management System in accordance with the following standards: EN ISO 9001:2009, EN ISO 14001:2005.<\/strong><\/p>

Our goal is customer satisfaction. We are convinced that only the highest standards of workmanship, the knowledge and experience of our employees, high-quality equipment, and the technologies we use can guarantee our customers safety and comfort when using our laundry services.<\/p>

  • Ensuring the selection and evaluation of suppliers of modern laundry technologies and equipment in order to minimize adverse environmental impacts and meet customer quality requirements.<\/li>
  • Implementation of processes under planned and supervised conditions in order to maintain a high level of quality and prevent the possibility of environmental failures.<\/li>
  • Use of raw materials and technologies in production processes that have been tested for safety for humans and the environment.<\/li>
  • Improvement of technological processes and modernization of equipment aimed at reducing harmful environmental impact and continuously improving service levels.<\/li>
  • Compliance with legal requirements applicable to our Organization's activities.<\/li><\/ul>

    We systematically promote and communicate information to our employees about customer requirements, quality requirements, and environmental requirements. We also involve our suppliers and business partners in these processes.<\/p>

    Responsibility for meeting the above objectives is assigned to each employee and to the Management through the division of tasks and competences according to their positions.<\/p>
